As your diabetic educator, I will brief you on what foods you should prefer, and your food glycemic index, and accordingly design a diabetes-friendly diet plan for you Our diabetic meal plan includes delicious options like baked chicken, sprout misal, millet tikki, etc. Our diet plan incorporates a variety of food groups like whole grains, nuts, seeds, pulses, and vegetables in meal plan is key to managing sugar level.
