Hi, I am Qualified Dietitian Sheetal your personal dietitian to help you achieve Smart Diet Therapy and a Healthy Lifestyle.

As a passionate clinical dietitian, I believe in the use of food as a medicine with a holistic approach.

Over 21+ years of experience in providing dietary counseling for weight loss, weight gain, lifestyle diseases (obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes, and kidney & thyroid disorder), skin diseases, and hair loss, IBS, H.pylori infection, ulcer, chronic constipation, anxiety, auto-immune conditions, allergies, asthma and bronchitis, kidney conditions hepatic diseases,& many more to various age groups clients. I also provide diet plans for toddlers to adolescent children. Had extensive experience in working with patients on Nasogastric Tube Feeding (RT Feeds), Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastronomy / Jejunostomy Tube Feeding (PEG/JT), and Partial or Total Parenteral Nutrition. for post-operative care, hepatic diseases & women. I also worked with women’s health to explore individualized ways to heal themselves and balance their thyroid, adrenal, PCOS, fertility diet, and menopause health.

I am a postgraduate in Food Science and Nutrition, a graduate in Food Technology and management, did P.G.Dip. in nutrition and dietetics, Certified Diabetes Educator and Certified in Nutrigenomic counseling.

I had an opportunity to give nutrition plan services to more than 5,000 clients on this journey. I believe Remission of lifestyle diseases with a balanced diet and lifestyle changes. I always help my clients to achieve their fitness goals in a sustainable way.
