3.3 Corporate Nutrition Programs
We provide nutrition awareness workshops, webinars, and group sessions for corporate organizations. Corporate engagements are governed by a separate service agreement to be signed by both parties prior to commencement.
3.4 E-Commerce (Product Sales)
We sell health supplement products including Amla Care, Vegan Protein, and Whey Isolate through our website. Product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions are provided on the product pages. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review these before purchase.

6.1 Consultation & Program Fees
All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of any consultation, program, or product dispatch. We accept payments via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other methods available on our platform.
6.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7.1 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
7.2 Delivery
We currently ship within India only. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation, subject to the courier partner’s schedule. Dietitian Sheetal is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
